missingWrote a review on Dec 19great locationfriendly staffcramped roomlacking amenities
While the location near TD Garden was fantastic and the staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was cramped with minimal amenities. The shower needed attention with mildew present, and the breakfast options were lacking. Despite these hiccups, it was a pleasant experience overall.

missingWrote a review on Dec 13charming boutiquegreat locationpoor cleanliness
The location is spot on for accessing local hotspots, making it easy to explore. The hotel has a charming boutique feel, with unique decorations that give a nod to local culture.
Unfortunately, the upkeep leaves a lot to be desired. The bathroom showed signs of neglect, with mold around the shower and air vents. Unclean conditions were evident with dirty throw pillows and headboards flecked with handprints. Breakfast offerings were outright laughable—no coffee whatsoever. Further, the bar advertised was completely unstaffed during the stay, which made for an awkward evening. Overall, for the price expected, you'd think basic cleanliness and functionality would be a given.

The kids loved splashing around in the indoor pool and we enjoyed a relaxing evening at the rooftop lounge with a fantastic view. Just a heads up, breakfast options could be a bit more varied, but overall, we had a wonderful time! 😊

missingWrote a review on Sept 11engaging lobbycomplimentary coffeepoor maintenance
The hotel boasts an engaging lobby area, perfect for mingling or catching up with some local news over coffee. The complimentary coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, saving a trip downstairs for a caffeine fix.
Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several ways. There were no in-room amenities like toiletries or even basic toiletries, leading to a rather inconvenient shower experience with brown water. The absence of breakfast facilities due to renovations was disappointing, and the confusion around service availability didn’t help. Room temperature control was a bit hit or miss, with my stay being uncomfortably warm at times.

The service was outstanding, like family. Plus, those complimentary drinks at 5 PM? Bourbon apple cider? Absolutely something I could get used to.
Wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but worth it for the experience.

missingWrote a review on Jun 08comfortable bedscomplimentary breakfastunreliable tv remotelack of seatingcleanliness issues
The comfortable beds provided a pleasant night's sleep, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. However, the TV remote was frustratingly unreliable, and the lack of adequate seating during breakfast made the experience less enjoyable. Additionally, there were some cleanliness issues that detracted from the overall ambiance of the stay.
